The person behind the practice

Good ideas deserve
a clear path.

I’m Tamisha Ronee’ Stuckey, a brand strategist, community builder, AI fellow, and founder of Anchored Strategy.

I work with founders, small businesses, educators, and community-minded organizations that have meaningful ideas and need to decide how to share them. Together, we can bring focus to your brand, make your marketing more intentional, and build stronger connections with the people you serve.

My work brings branding and marketing together with community engagement, education, technology, and organizational strategy. The approach is thoughtful and people-centered: start with what matters, find the through-line, and leave with steps you can actually use.

What we can work on

Build with
Intention.

When your message feels scattered or your next step is hard to see, we can identify your priorities and map out what to do next. Together, we’ll focus on what fits your goals and the people you serve.

01

Define what you do, who it serves, and what makes your work matter. Use those insights to inform decisions and communication.

Potential Outcomes: Defined positioning, audience priorities, and a consistent brand message.

Shape your message and marketing around real priorities, so the right people can understand what you offer and how to engage.

Potential Outcomes: Focused marketing priorities, content direction, and a plan for your next steps.

MESSAGING
03

Community Building

Plan ways to listen, invite participation, and build lasting relationships—not just grow a number or post more often.

Potential Outcomes: An engagement approach, participation ideas, and a plan for stronger relationships.

ENGAGEMENT
04

Practical AI Education

Learn how to use AI tools thoughtfully for real tasks, with an understanding of responsible use, limits, and where human judgment matters.

Potential Outcomes: Guided practice with relevant tools, useful workflows, and responsible-use considerations.

LEARNING

Potential outcomes are tailored to the engagement. Not every engagement includes every listed item.

A place to begin

Good work starts
with a conversation.

  1. 01

Tell me what you’re working on. We’ll start with your idea, your people, and what needs attention.

  2. 02

Find the focus. Together, we’ll identify the useful questions and priorities for your next step.

  3. 03

Put your priorities into action. The shape of the work depends on your needs; the aim is direction you can use in your day-to-day decisions.

Not sure which area fits? Start with what’s on your mind.

Let’s Talk It Through
03 / COMMUNITYIndependent initiatives & learning

People, possibility, participation

Work that reaches
beyond the brief.

Alongside Anchored Strategy, I’m involved in community work exploring how learning, technology, and human connection can open up new possibilities.

Community AI Basecamp

I was selected as a Google Data Center Community AI Fellow through Watson Institute for a 16-week fellowship focused on community impact. Through this work, I’m developing a community AI Basecamp where entrepreneurs, small businesses, students, creatives, and community members can learn to explore AI in practical, ethical, and responsible ways.

In development

TEDxDeSoto Play

I’ve been approved by TED to organize TEDxDeSoto Play, an independently organized event being developed to explore how play shapes creativity, innovation, education, technology, and human connection.
